Shipping and Exporting
I have taken a lot of flak over the years for “exporting our heritage” and used to be sensitive about it but, I am now over it.
All I can say is that I sell most of my cars on behalf of their owners and if I can satisfy the seller by getting him a reasonable price for his car and the new owners are going to love it as much as he does then I don’t see a problem.
While I do agree that it is sad to see them go we have to realise that the reality is that we have a very weak Rand and business must go on. It is not only classic cars that are leaving the country I must add.
I can’t tell a German for example that has seen a certain car on my website that he can’t buy it as I am going to wait for a South African to come along.
My wife Jennie has had years of experience in exporting cars and is looking into how to go about importing classic cars as well.
Send Jennie a mail at [email protected] if you would like a quote to ship a car to anywhere in the world.
